Added Latest Weather Station Time Lapse Flash Video

Hi Folks,

  I have added the ability to see the latest weather station time lapse flash video.  Hopefully won't hog too much bandwidth.  Enjoy.

Changing favicon

Found out how to change the favicon that's the liitle icon that appear to the left of the URL in the URL field at the top of the browser.  It's used to give your site a unique identity.  Found out you have to place this icon in the root directory of the template you are using for your website.  It's a joomla thing!

Time Lapse Mencoder Problem

Hi Folks,

  Have been using mencoder to create the timelapse videos that are sent to youtube.  Today no video was uploaded.  Found out mencoder locked up with a buffer underflow error.  Had to add an option to set the muxrate to some fool proof value to fix this.  Funny thing it was working fine for over 200 timelapse videos with no problems.
